Booking Policy
- A minimum of Rs 30,000 per person must be paid to secure a booking if the departure date is more than 30days.
- 50% of the total amount must be paid if the departure date is between 21 to 30 days.
- Full payment is required 21 days before departure, or the booking will be cancelled without prior notice.
- The tour cost remains the same for bookings through Agents, but Rahat Travels Of India Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any cash transactions with Agents.
- For bookings within 21 days of departure, 100% payment is required.
- For advance bookings, 100% payment must be cleared at least 21 days before departure
- No tickets will be issued if the payment for tickets is not completed 21 days before departure, in accordance with airline regulations.
- Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages.
- Pan card copy (Linked with Aadhar Number)

8. Cancellation
a. Cancellation Policy means and includes all the cancellation charges levied by the company from time to time, third party cancellation charges etc.
b. Visa Cancellation Policy means and includes all the cancellation charges levied by the company from time to time arising out of non-granting/delayed granting of visa by the concerned Consulate due to any reason.

Important Notes & Policies :
- If you travel individually other than group dates & fights, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
- If pilgrim misses his fight due to any reason MEDICAL or LATE ARRIVAL or ANY REASON. In such case the passenger will have to bear the Ticket cost himself. Visa company or Our Travel Agency will not be responsible for Return Ticket.
- Tour Operator reserves the right to provide similar Hotels / Flights as per the availability.
- Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
- We are not responsible for any luggage losses, Injures, damages, Accidents and additional expenses due to any reason.
- We are not responsible for any loss/ damage/ colour loss or discoloration of clothes due to Laundry, Local Ziyarat etc.
- Tour Dates, Itenary & Prices are subject to change as per Flight and Hotel availability without prior notice.
- Diabetic patients and Other Pilgrim who require special meals to please arrange for their own food.
